What is Support Coordination?
Support Coordination is an NDIS funded support designed to assist you to better understand your NDIS plan and how you can best use it to put the supports and services you need to live your best life in place.
At My Care Coordination Services we are experts at helping you understand your plan, activate it and find the right service providers to help you achieve your goals.
We do the groundwork for you, happily researching new and existing providers that will meet your specific needs.
We are different to other Support Coordination providers!
Some organisations that offer Support Coordination also offer a range of other services as well. However, we only offer one service – Support Coordination. That means we never have conflicts of interest and we always act in an unbiased, impartial way.
We are experts in what we do, and we do it well. We support people with all levels of disability, including high and complex needs.
